Persevering Through Adversity: Ryan Whitefield’s Journey from Flipping Homes to Multifamily Real Estate Success

Ryan Whitefield’s success story is a testament to the power of perseverance and determination.

However, the Great Recession of 2007-09 dealt a significant blow to Ryan’s career. 

He lost his profitable construction business, leading to a period of financial struggle. Despite the setback, Ryan refused to stay down. He decided to move to the United States and embark on a new journey in real estate.

The experience of rebuilding his life and career from scratch taught Ryan valuable lessons about problem-solving, creating systems, and nurturing entrepreneurship. He developed a strong network of connections and acquired extensive knowledge in his field.

Within a span of five years, Ryan utilized his expertise to acquire and successfully manage over 1,000 multifamily units.

Today, he serves as the president of Revilo Property Group, a successful real estate investment firm specializing in commercial and residential properties.

Additionally, he is a co-founder and board member of Carlton James Global Management, which focuses on financing high-risk initiatives and generating higher yields for investors while managing a low-medium risk profile.

Several qualities have contributed to Ryan’s success.

His strong work ethic, unwavering faith in his efforts, and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in navigating through challenges.
